Guinn & Dalton was founded to give service to the working class. We bring close to 20 years of combined experience ensuring that clients receive the compensation and benefits they deserve.

Experts in the intricacies of Oregon workers’ compensation law, we represent people throughout Clackamas County including Estacada, Molalla and Canby. Our clients also hail from Gresham, Tigard & Tualatin. We gladly represent people throughout the Portland Metropolitan area & state of Oregon. Oregon geography is not a barrier to representation - we defend Oregon workers in need of a legal team wherever they might reside.

Our Workers' Compensation cases involve representing injured workers in every aspect of their workers' compensation claims. Whether a claim is denied or accepted, new or old, open or closed---we assist our clients by navigating the strict, complicated laws of Oregon workers' compensation. We strive to ensure that our clients understand and receive the full extent of every benefit they are entitled to under the law, to help them get back to work or, if necessary, to facilitate a transition to another line of work.

Our firm also represents injured and disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration who are seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. We advise and represent people from the initial application all the way to hearing and appeal. While every claim presents a unique set of issues and challenges, you can be assured that if we represent you, we will:

  1. Answer your questions about Social Security benefits and procedures.
  2. Guide you in building your disability case with the medical evidence about the nature and severity of your condition.
  3. Help you ensure your doctors' opinions address the appropriate legal standard.
  4. At hearing, ensure the judge hears your complete story and make the strongest argument possible on your behalf.
